All programs at ESEL are licensed by the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) and Office of Child Care (OCC). Staff members are credentialed at Level 3 or higher. Our staff take more training hours than mandated by the OCC. Every staff member was criminal background checked and checked via Child Protective Services, prior to employment, and is certified in CPR and First Aid.
We are currently a level 3 for EXCELS. Although, we are always working to move up.
