We also encourage our staff to express themselves and their individuality. Our center is a safe haven for everyone who enters. Ms. Caroline has been working and volunteering in childcare for 12 years now. In that time she has worked with children with disabilities, special needs, and been the director of a center in Delaware. She has her Childcare 1 & 2 certifications, is substitute certified in the state of Maryland, and has her Associates in Applied Science Early Childhood Education. She is fluent in ASL
Ms. Alyssa
Position: One Year Old Teacher

Ms. Alyssa has been working for Ms. Sandy since 2017. She has worked in every classroom in our center. Ms. Alyssa has always had a love for child care. Ms. Alyssa grew up in her mom’s at home daycare.
Ms. Alexis
Position: Preschool Teacher

Additional Titles: Board of Care Member, Lead Staff Coordinator, Social Media Coordinator, PTA Coordinator, and Medication Administration Certified
Ms. Alexis has been working in the public schools and childcare since 2015. She has worked with all ages from birth to 13 years old. She worked in the public schools with children with disabilities and special needs. She was a supervisor of a childcare facility in the state of New Jersey. She has her childcare 1 & 2 certification and is currently working toward her Associate’s degree. Ms. Alexis is certified in all classrooms we have at ESEL.
Ms. Tawana
Position: Two year old teacher

Ms. is a Wicommico County Native. She graduated from WHS in Princess Anne. She is CPR and first aid certified. She has worked at Eastern Shore Early Learning Academy for two years. She previously taught our two year old class. She has her child care I and II. Ms. Tawana is always available to answer your questions and offers a wealth of knowledge and experience.
